I'm so happy that I stumbled upon the offer for this program. For me, Yoga was mostly about the physicality of the practice but after completing this program, I have developed a deeper connection to the spiritual and philosophy sides.
The instructors made the online lectures feel like in-person conversations. They're also very active in the Facebook group and are always ready to answer questions and provide feedback.
I enjoyed this program very much and I feel confident and ready to share this new knowledge with my public community. I look forward to continuing my education with Your Yoga Flow by applying for other available online courses in the future.
