Yoga is one of Juan's passions, and he is so grateful to be able to share it with you. From Yoga Philosophy to Pilates to Arm Balances, Juan's energizing and inspiring classes will leave you feeling powerful and strong.

Juan is a dedicated member of the arts and successfully completed his post secondary education at Emily Carr and Simon Fraser University.


In 2024, Juan stepped into the position of Director, taking on the responsibility of leading and overseeing all of our programs. His leadership has brought a renewed focus and direction to our initiatives, ensuring that each program is aligned with our mission and vision for the future.

 

Angela Inglis

As an Ayurveda Practitioner, student of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Registered Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Curriculum Developer, and Singer-Songwriter, Angela brings a wealth of perspective and experience to her teaching.

Mark always loved to move his body and was obsessed with gymnastics as a child. He was always intrigued by the shapes he was able to find with practice and discipline.

After a little searching, he found himself in a yoga class and couldn’t believe how incredible it felt to reconnect with his body. It took a year of regular classes before he knew he wanted to dive deeper into understanding yoga and embarked upon his first yoga teacher training. 

Now, many years later, he shares his passion by teaching new yoga teachers and offering online classes.

He also brings his formal education in classical music to his teaching and is our official "chant master".

Nancy Frohlick

Yoga found Nancy way back in the 80’s when she was an anxious, rebellious student working on her Master's Degree in Art.

She instantly fell head over heels in love with yoga and can see now, that those early days of practice planted the seed of awakening to her true self. Nancy's first teachers inspired her to explore her passion for yoga and she became a teacher in 2000.

Yoga is one of her many passions and she is excited to share that with you.

Salla Raine

Salla started out as a multidisciplinary designer and communications specialist at various branding & marketing agencies.

In addition to her numerous yoga certifications, Salla has also completed Massage Therapy Trainings in Holistic Massage Therapy, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage & Indian Head Massage Therapy.

Salla has worked for many years with individuals experiencing Alzheimer's and Motor Neuron Diseases to offer a space where the person, on the inside, can experience relaxation and a connection with the present moment.

Today, with this developed sensitivity, Salla uses the skills of Deep Listening to restore the wellbeing needs of her clients through yoga and massage therapy, offering a place of relaxation and reconnection, both to themselves and the world around them.
